Tuition & Membership

1. Team Membership Options

• Kids Team (Ages 5–11): $450 / month

  • Includes: 2 Technical/Genre classes per week + 2 hours of dedicated team rehearsal.

• Teen & Adult Team (Ages 11+): $600 / month

  • Includes: 3 Technical Conditioning/Genre classes per week + 2 hours of dedicated team rehearsal.

• Multi-Team Discount (Add-on): +$250 / month

  • For dancers joining both Hip-Hop and K-Pop teams.

  • Total Tuition: $850 / month

  • Includes: 4–5 classes per week + 4 hours of total rehearsal time (2h Hip-Hop / 2h K-Pop).

  2. Registration Fee:

  $300 (One-time payment)

  Required for all new members to maintain a professional team image. This fee covers:

  • Official Team Uniform: A complete set for team identity.

  • Professional Photoshoots: Includes a professional headshot and a team action shoot.

Attendance & Make-up Policy

1. Team Rehearsal Policy (Mandatory)

Rehearsals are the most critical part of our training. Since formations depend on every member being present, any absence directly affects the entire team’s progress.

• 48-Hour Notice: Absences must be reported directly to the Director at least 48 hours in advance. Only medical emergencies/illnesses are excused.

• No Make-up Rehearsals: Individual make-up sessions are not provided as group synchronization cannot be replicated.

• 80% Attendance Rule: Dancers must maintain at least 80% attendance per season. Falling below this may result in changes to formation positioning or exclusion from competition/video shoot entry lists.

• Self-Study Requirement: It is the dancer’s absolute responsibility to learn missed choreography via recorded videos. Unpreparedness may lead to temporary removal from specific sections to protect performance quality.

2. Regular Class Policy (Technical/Genre)

• Cancellation: Must be processed via the booking system at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up credit.

• Monthly Credits: Make-up classes must be used within the same calendar month.

• Use-It-or-Lose-It: Credits do not roll over to the next month. Your tuition maintains your exclusive team membership status regardless of usage.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Additional Costs: Costume fees, competition entry fees, and travel expenses are billed separately.

• Processing Fee: A 3.5% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

• Intellectual Property: All choreography taught is the intellectual property of Holla Studio. Unauthorized commercial use or teaching is prohibited.

• Social Media: When posting rehearsal clips, please tag @HollaStudio. Full choreography videos may not be posted without prior approval.

• Withdrawal Policy: Commitment is for the full season. Registration fees and the current month’s tuition are non-refundable upon early withdrawal.
